The main functional layer is the Porelle® membrane, which is produced in England. It is it that makes the DexShell hat waterproof, and most importantly, it is responsible for effective sweat removal. The elastic and durable Porelle® membrane works due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the hat.

The inner layer is made of microfleece. This is a soft and lightweight material invented by Polartec® specialists. The special structure of the fiber allows moisture to be quickly removed from the body surface - which is especially important during intense physical exertion.

The outer acrylic layer makes the DexShell hat lightweight, wear-resistant, and helps maintain its shape.

How to wash a DexShell hat:

The hat should be washed by hand in cool water (no more than 40°C).

How to dry a DexShell cap:

First, dry the hat inside out, and then dry it face down in the open air. To avoid damaging the membrane, do not dry the hat with an iron, on batteries, or near a fire.
