Description of the Fenix HM75R SE headlamp:

The Fenix HM75R SE is a simplified version of the Fenix HM75R. It has the same functionality with a wide range of modes, but comes with 1 battery instead of several. This allows you to purchase one of the most innovative flashlights in the Fenix range at a more affordable price (if necessary, you can buy an additional battery separately).

The flashlight has 4 built-in LEDs: 1 x Luminus SST40 (6500K), 2 x Luminus SST20 (4000K) and 1 x OSRAM GR QSSPA1.23 (red). They are located under ultra-strong lenses made of Japanese PC-1250Z plastic.

The key features of the model include an intelligent system for reducing light brightness. The technology provides for an instant reduction in brightness when the flashlight approaches the illuminated object closer than 60 mm. This way, you can avoid ignition of technical liquids and other flammable substances when exposed to a powerful beam, as well as prevent the negative impact of lighting on human vision.

High beam light

Pay attention! The flashlight has an overheating protection that activates if the model heats up to 60°C during prolonged operation at the highest brightness modes. As a result, the light output is reduced to give the internal electronics time to cool down.

The control is based on a metal rotary switch (selecting a group of modes) and a central button (changing the beam brightness).

Power source

The Fenix HM75R SE flashlight comes with a ARB-L18-3400 li-ion battery, which has no "memory effect" and stably powers the lighting device even in case of temperature changes. The battery is charged via a USB Type-C port, built into the side of the flashlight body and protected by a cap. A color indicator allows you to track the amount of charge.

The kit can be supplemented with a second 21700 battery, which fits into a remote unit.

Physical parameters

The body is made of magnesium alloy. It is characterized by resistance to rust and lightness, reducing the weight of the flashlight to 134 g. In addition, the metal boasts reference impact resistance, which makes the model immune to impacts when falling from a height of 2 m. A useful bonus is the maximum protection of the shell against dust and moisture (IP68), thanks to which the device can be used in a humid environment and even turned on after 4 hours of immersion in water to a depth of up to 2 m.

The dimensions of the case are 91.1 x 41 x 53.5 mm. A forehead mount with reflective elements is included. It is adapted for fixation on the head and on a protective helmet with the ability to change the length of the elastic bands using regulators.
