Description of the BRS-71 gas burner:

If you are planning an active vacation with a large company or a family picnic, the BRS-71 burner will be an effective assistant in culinary experiments in the fresh air. The model's power is 10,500 W, which is several times higher than the capabilities of conventional burners, and the burning intensity adjustment function allows you to adjust the power to quickly fry meat and vegetables or vice versa - set a low fire for slow stewing.

Depending on the selected power, the burner can generate a high or low flame, and in the second case it is transformed into infrared radiation, which contributes to uniform heating of dishes and prevents food from burning. BRS-71 works on different fuels: propane, butane, liquefied gas. Fuel consumption is about 756 g/h. The gas cylinder is connected to a hose with a threaded connection, which is closed with a plug. Thanks to this, fine dust does not clog the thread during transportation, preventing the risk of accidental ignition when the cartridge is next connected. The length of the hose is 650 millimeters.

The BRS-71 burner has a durable metal construction that can withstand dishes weighing up to 80 kilograms. The accessory combines parts made of stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloy. They are resistant to moisture, high temperatures and mechanical stress, so the model is suitable for use in various weather conditions and requires minimal maintenance.

Three folding racks for dishes and three metal legs are responsible for ease of use. The serrated edge of the racks helps to securely hold the pot on the surface without slipping, and the ribbed legs increase the stability of the structure regardless of the surface relief. After installation, the height of the structure is 125 millimeters, and the diameter is 265 millimeters, so wide dishes of increased volume can be conveniently installed on the burner. When folded, the dimensions of the model are 210 x 95 millimeters with a weight of 1.1 kilograms.

The BRS-71 gas burner can be carried in a backpack or a branded case-bag included in the kit. The accessory is made of EVA polymer and is equipped with a zipper, protecting the metal structure from clogging and contact with aggressive environments during storage. The design of the case is complemented by a convenient handle for transportation.
