The Firebird FH11 will be a great addition to your hiking gear or EDC kit. This knife is great at cutting a variety of materials, and the comfortable handle will not let you drop it when operating in any conditions.

The blade of the Firebird FH11 knife is made of D2 steel, which is highly wear-resistant and has excellent corrosion resistance. And thanks to hardening to ~60 HRC, the knife remains sharp for a long time.

The Firebird FH11 model does not have a double-sided peg or a special button for opening. The blade is pulled out using a special “floater”, which is part of the blade itself. In the open state, this same part acts as a kind of guard, protecting the user’s palm from accidental slipping. But the knife is fixed in the open state using the Liner-lock.

The handle of the Firebird FH11 folding knife has fairly grippy G10 pads, which, despite the awkward design, fill the palm of almost any size well.

Another advantage of this "component" is the presence of a special notch at the base of the blade and on the back spacer, which makes the knife more comfortable when held with a direct or reverse grip.
