This means that the cutting edge is smooth, without burrs. This sharpening allows you to use the knife to work with the vast majority of materials. The length of the blade is 8.5 cm, the thickness in the widest part is 3.3 mm. When folded, the length of the Ganzo G6801 knife reaches 12 cm, and its full dimensions when open are 20.5 cm.

The handle is equipped with G10 thermoplastic inserts. This is a strong composite material that is not inferior in reliability to steel. In addition, it is very durable, resistant to many active chemicals, does not fade in the sun and does not absorb water.
