Ruike specializes in the production of multifunctional knives, which, despite their small size, can cope with the widest range of tasks. Ruike S21 is also one of these knives. It is designed for tourist purposes, and is also suitable for fishing trips or picnics. This knife is also useful for everyday use in the city, as an EDC model. Two materials are used for its manufacture, but the best:

12C27 stainless steel and G10 fiberglass. The first of them is used for working tools, and the second is for handle pads.

Steel 12C27 is well known as a balanced alloy with pronounced anti-corrosion properties. During production, it underwent a hardening stage at low temperatures, as a result of which it acquired great hardness (up to 59 HRC). Although knives made of such metal are easy to sharpen even by yourself, they remain sharp for quite a long time. This property is valuable for tourist knives. The blade shape in the Ruike S21 model is drop-point. The cutting edge along the entire length remains smoothly sharpened and ends with a sharp tip, slightly lowered in relation to the butt line. The knife is polished very carefully and evenly.

In addition to the blade, there is another steel plate hidden in the handle, which can be accessed from the same side as the blade. This plate holds several additional tools at once. At the very edge is a flat screwdriver with a 4 mm slot, followed by a strap cutter, and then a bottle opener.

The handle of the knife is formed by two G10 overlays screwed to a steel base. They are uneven on the outside so that the knife does not slip in wet hands. The buyer chooses the color of the handle from three available options: green, black and brown. On one side of the handle is a clip, also made of steel, so that the knife can be fixed in a pocket. And on the end there is a metal ring to which you can easily attach a lanyard.

The Ruike S21 uses a Slip-joint lock. Its design is made in such a way that the knife cannot fold randomly. However, there is no rigid fixation of the blade.
