Folding knife Civivi Ortis C2013C
Overview
Description of the Civivi Ortis C2013C folding knife
Civivi Ortis C2013С is a lightweight and affordable pocket-sized EDC folding knife. Perfect for everyday tasks. Thanks to steel ball bearings, this knife opens quickly with a flipper or thumb hole. When opened, the blade is quickly locked with a Liner Lock. Thus, maximum safety of use is ensured.
The blade is made of high-quality 9Cr18MoV stainless steel. The simple design and functional materials make the Ortis knife a great choice for anyone.
9Cr18MoV blade steel is ideal for this type of knife. This metal resists corrosion well and is characterized by good wear resistance, but is still inferior to more expensive steels in these parameters. Thanks to the Black Stonewashed coating, it is possible to mask minor scratches with regular use.
The handle of the model is made of FRN thermoplastic - a durable material that has impact-resistant properties. It is nylon reinforced with fiberglass. It is quite light and fits perfectly in the hand. It should be noted that at temperatures below 17C, the impact strength of the blade may decrease, however, if we talk about other characteristics of this material, it fully justifies itself.
Features:
- durable and lightweight FRN handle with a pleasant texture;
- 9Cr18MoV blade steel is easy to sharpen and retains its cutting edge;
- the carrying clip securely fixes the knife in your pocket;
- the length of the knife is 190 mm;
- Blade thickness – 3 mm.
