Clavi is an ideal option for use in the city. The knife was designed by Ostap Hel, a full-time designer and manufacturer of custom knives and equipment from Poland. He had a talent for drawing since childhood. In his teens, Ostap showed a keen interest in knives and cold weapons in general, as he was fascinated by the Middle Ages and weapons, knightly equipment. For about a year, he worked as an apprentice in a gunsmith's workshop and gained some experience, in particular, traditional technologies for making weapons and armor of medieval knights. Since then, he began to look for his own design solutions and began a long journey from the first locksmithing to the use of CNC machines when creating knives in the formation of his own workshop. Today, Ostap Hel is a fairly well-known designer who designs and creates custom knives and EDC equipment. Despite the fact that in his works he is based on basic geometry, smooth transitions and the golden ratio, Ostap is not afraid to experiment with new forms and ideas.

The knife blade is made of Nitro-V steel, additionally covered with Blackwash. The blade opens smoothly, the axial unit is made on a ceramic ball bearing. The handle of the steel knife with a G10 overlay. Equipped with a Liner-Lock.

The blade with Nitro-V is a high-carbon steel, which is characterized by increased corrosion resistance with the addition of nitrogen and vanadium. The steel resists corrosion well, and the sharpening and processing process is quite simple and easy, despite the relatively high strength - from 58 HRC. In terms of characteristics, this type of steel is very similar to Sandvic 14C28N.

The black handle is made of G10 fiberglass - a high-quality composite material, which includes fiberglass and epoxy resin. This material is resistant to environmental factors, so it has proven itself well when working in adverse conditions. G10 is durable, shockproof and moisture-resistant, and lends itself well to painting. It looks similar to Micarta, but surpasses it in such characteristics as strength and fire resistance.

The manufacturer provides a stainless steel Tip-Up clip.
