Description of the Sencut Brazoria SA12A folding knife:

The Brazoria folding tool line from the Sencut brand was launched in 2022. It includes a series of pocket knives with an identical design, distinguished by the colors of individual parts of the structure. Unlike other knives in this series, the SA12A model is equipped with a black blade and handle of the same shade. In addition to the aesthetically attractive appearance, this solution has a positive effect on the performance of the tool: the coating on the metal strengthens the blade, and the dark color of the handle hides minor dirt on its surface.

The clip point blade profile successfully combines cutting and stabbing properties due to the elongated cutting edge and sharp tip. The blade length is exactly 88 mm. The 3 mm thick butt has a ribbed stop on which you can place your thumb for more convenient performance of power work.

D2 steel in the blade is characterized by unpretentiousness in care, as it contains about 11% chromium, which is responsible for the corrosion resistance of the metal. To maintain the original appearance of the blade, the user only needs to keep the tool clean, wiping it dry after each use. Honing the steel with small stones makes the surface matte, so fingerprints are not as visible as on untreated blades.

The liner lock, which holds the blade open, is considered one of the most reliable mechanisms in folding knives. The axial assembly with a ceramic ball allows you to quickly open the structure, which can be done in two ways: by pressing the fin (flipper) or using an elongated cut in the blade.

The handle is made of G10 composite, a heat and impact resistant fiberglass with a slightly rough surface. The screws and removable clip are made of black coated steel. This model weighs 91.3 grams and folds compactly to 111.3 mm.
