The Civivi Thug 2 is a line of miniature folding knives that is a junior series of the Thug model, produced under the parent brand We Knife. The tools are designed by Matthew Christensen and are distinguished by a more affordable price.

The knife is designed with an emphasis on convenience in everyday use. Despite its short length of 164.6 mm, the model demonstrates high-quality cutting thanks to the pointed tanto-shaped blade. The thin tip expands the capabilities of the knife, allowing it to make not only cuts, but also neat punctures.

The blade is 68.4 mm long and is made of high-carbon Nitro-V steel. The metal contains nitrogen, which, in combination with chromium, increases the alloy's resistance to corrosion and prevents oxidation in case of constant contact with aggressive environments. The metal, with a hardness of 59-61 HRC, maintains a balance between wear resistance and ease of processing. The matte shade of the blade surface is achieved as a result of bead blast treatment, which reduces the glare of the metal to zero.

There is only one method of opening the tool - using a double-sided key. When opening, the 3 mm thick blade is fixed by one of the simplest and most reliable mechanisms - a liner lock. The quality of the parts eliminates the possibility of backlash, and ceramic ball bearings improve the smoothness of the blade.

To prevent the handle from slipping out of your hand, G10 fiberglass plates are attached to both sides of the handle - a heat-resistant composite consisting of fiberglass and epoxy resin. The finger groove acts as a guard that protects the hand from cuts from the blade. The handle is 12 mm thick.

The steel Tip-Up clip can be attached to the right or left side of the handle. The knife weighs 103.9 grams, making it comfortable to carry.
