Sleek and sharp as a scalpel, this is how you can describe the Civivi Clavi knife, whose complex construction attracts attention with its laconic and at the same time original design. The model was developed in collaboration with Polish knife designer Ostap Hel, who embodied his vision of a modern EDC tool in the knife.

The elongated wharncliffe blade with a smooth taper from the butt to the tip is designed for tasks where cutting accuracy is important. The straight blade with a length of 77.6 mm neatly works with materials of various densities - from food products to hard plastic. The Nitro-V steel from which the blade is made is hardened to a hardness of 59-61 HRC, therefore it has a minimal risk of chipping during operation. The chromium and nitrogen contained in the alloy complement each other's characteristics and make the metal resistant to corrosion. The surface treatment of the steel called "bead blast" is another design feature that removes unnecessary shine from the metal.

The Civivi Clavi design has a minimum of parts, so its weight does not exceed 44.2 grams. The flipper tongue is located in the front of the knife and, when pressed with a finger, instantly removes the blade from the handle. The blade is fixed with a reinforced nested liner lock.

The handle thickness is 10.3 mm, including the pads attached on both sides. Their material is epoxy-impregnated jute micarta with a characteristic pattern on the surface. Micarta belongs to impact-resistant composites that are also not afraid of high and low temperatures.

The knife can be carried on a belt or in a pocket, securing the structure in the desired position using a stainless steel clip. The manufacturer has provided the possibility of attaching the clip to either side of the handle, ensuring ease of transportation.
