The Civivi P87 knife, designed by American designer Kaila Cumings, proves that a pocket tool can be not only functional, but also stylish. The curved design with a black reverse tanto blade and a figured handle reaches 165.1 mm in length, which decreases to 91.5 mm when folded, making it convenient to carry not only in a bag, but also in a pocket.

The blade has a straight, elongated blade, which is resistant to mechanical damage due to the use of Nitro-V steel with a hardness of 58-60 HRC in the production. The brand contains about 13% chromium, which, in combination with nitrogen, increases the metal's resistance to oxidation and rust. Tumbling, also known as stonewash, gives the blade a noble appearance, making it matte and hiding small scratches that occur as a result of prolonged use.

The knife uses a liner lock, in which a steel plate locks the blade in the open position, holding it in place under any load intensity. A ceramic ball bearing forms the basis of the axial assembly. It increases the speed of opening the blade, which can be done by pressing the flipper or using a double-sided dowel. In the open design, the flipper tongue acts as a guard, protecting against accidental finger slippage onto the cutting edge.

On both sides of the handle are fixed fiberglass pads of the same black color as the coating on the blade and other small parts. The thickness of the handle is 12 mm. The Tip-Up clamp is made of stainless steel and is two-position, which allows the user to position this element in a way that is convenient for him.

The model weighs only 70.6 grams.
