The Synergy knife, created by designer Jim O'Young back in 1999, is a legend in the world of folding tools, winning the Blade Show in the same year in the "Most Innovative Design" category. The beginning of the American designer's collaboration with the We Knife company was the impetus for the development of a full-fledged line of Synergy knives, which includes the Synergy3 model.

This tool, produced under the Civivi subsidiary brand, is a more affordable alternative to the famous knife. Its characteristic feature is the trailing point blade shape, designed for cutting light and medium-density materials. The raised tip is also suitable for piercing, and the 3 mm thick butt prevents the blade from deforming.

The Nitro-V brand acts as the blade material, providing it with high corrosion resistance and strength due to the inclusion of nitrogen with vanadium. At the final stage of production, the blade was subjected to stonewash, which gave the shiny metal a dullness, hiding small scratches on the surface.

The nested liner lock type is a guarantee of safe operation of the knife. It is a linear locking mechanism that is easy to use and maintain. The axial unit on the ceramic ball bearing allows you to open the flipper knife with maximum speed.

The fiberglass handle is 14.5 mm thick, which, together with the pattern on the surface of the pads, makes it comfortable to hold. The design can be decorated with a lanyard threaded through a specially designated hole in the tail of the handle. The weight of the model is 101.9 grams, including the two-position Tip-Up clip made of steel.
