The knife is equipped with a blade with a drop point profile, which is characterized by excellent cutting properties and ease of use. The blade length reaches 88 mm, and the thickness at the butt, which is 3.2 mm, gives the blade wear resistance, which is important when cutting particularly dense materials.
The blade is made of 8CR14 steel with a black coating. The metal exhibits high resistance to corrosion, so it does not require special care. The hardness of the brand is at ±58 HRC, maintaining a balance between strength and ease of sharpening, which can be done at home using ordinary abrasives.
The Ganzo G627 model is equipped with a steel flipper fin. When the tool is folded, this element helps to quickly open the structure - for this, you need to press the flipper with your index finger. When the knife is open, the fin protects your fingers from accidentally slipping onto the blade.
The liner lock, based on an elastic plate, is responsible for operational safety. The locking mechanism is easy to use and resistant to high loads, which is why it is widely used by the Ganzo brand in the production of pocket knives.
