Cold Steel Kobun Serrated Knife
Overview

The Cold Steel Kobun knife is a striking representative of the so-called "boot-knife" - knives that are often carried attached to the leg in conjunction with the boot. This model is notable, first of all, with a blade in the style of "tanto". The profile of the knife completely repeats the Cold Steel Master Tanto model, except for a significantly thinner blade for ease of carrying. Otherwise, it is the same powerful blade with a reinforced tip.For the manufacture of the blade of the Kobun line, corrosion-resistant steel of Japanese production AUS-8A is used, which is made specifically for the American company Cold Steel. The handle is made of a durable and comfortable to hold elastomer Kray-Ex™ (the old name is Kraton). In the model range there are knives, both with a conventional cutting edge, and with a serrated blade. A special Secure-Ex®plastic sheath is supplied in the kit.
