Due Cigni Chinese Chef is a professional kitchen knife, the characteristic feature of which is a large and wide blade. The wide rectangular blade is specially designed for heavy power work, which not every kitchen knife can handle. Indispensable for cutting and chopping large pieces of meat, joints and tendons, preparing minced meat. However, it is better not to use it for chopping bones. The blade of this model is made of nitrogen-free stainless steel X50CrMoVN15, thanks to which it maintains the sharpness of the cutting edge for a long time and does not require special care. Adding nitrogen to the steel allows the knife to better withstand contact with water. Direct descents from the butt itself allow sharpening to razor sharpness and performing a wide range of tasks. The handle is made of environmental-resistant nylon with an anti-slip effect.
