Overview
Kiridashi is the name of a whole family of Japanese universal knives, which were used with equal success both in the household and in some crafts. They carried this knife in the sleeve pocket of their kimono constantly, from an early age. In fact, kiridashi is the earliest incarnation of the EDC knife.The Cold Steel company decided to modernize this knife a little and released the Kiridashi model – a small, easy-to-carry folder, with a blade made of good 4034SS steel and a reliable Tri-Ad® Lock.
