The surface is polished to a mirror shine.The handle is made of sycamore-a widespread tree in the villages of Provence. The wood has a special texture that gives the knife an attractive appearance.The model comes in a beautiful gift box.ATTENTION! To avoid the appearance of stains on the surface of the blade, we recommend wiping the blade dry after contact with a wet environment.
