Boker Manufaktur Solingen - knives of the highest class! Since 1869, they are still produced at the Boker factory in Solingen, Germany. Damascus steel blades are forged by hand using a traditional technology that is more than 2,000 years old. Thanks to the high professionalism of B?ker masters, knives appear on the world, one look at which is enough to understand that they are real works of art! This premium-class folding knife is notable first of all for its blade. Return the ego with material. As you know, Damascus steel is a combination of many layers of steel with a high carbon content, which are joined together by the forging method. In the case of Leopard Damascus series knives, the starting material for the manufacture of Damascus steel is fragments of the barrel of the German Leopard I tank. The forging process is extremely complex due to the fact that tank steel is very hard and very high temperatures are required for its processing. Nevertheless, the final result is impressive - the blade of the knife is not only extremely hard, but also has a stunning pattern. The handle is made of high-class aviation aluminum 6061-T6 with a decorative insert made of exotic Zyrakote wood. The knife is equipped with a clip for carrying. Comes in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
