Overview

"Claw" - that's how this small knife was nicknamed at Kershaw headquarters. The aggressive shape of the blade, reminiscent of the silhouette of a hawk's beak, together with the use of modern materials, qualitatively distinguish this model. CPM-154 powder steel from the metallurgical concern Crucible Industries is already traditionally used for knives of the Launch line. This brand of steel is distinguished by the long retention of the cutting edge, as well as the relative ease of its correction. In addition, this brand of steel gives the blade good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact strength. The blade is supplemented with a Stonewash coating, which effectively masks minor damage to the blade that occurs during use. The automatic knife opening mechanism allows you to quickly bring the knife into working position. The handle is made of an aluminum alloy supplemented with anodization. Despite its dimensions, this knife is quite comfortable to work with, and more than modest dimensions and weight make it almost invisible in a carry case. In addition, the Kershaw Launch10 is equipped with a double-sided pocket clip. The model is made in the USA.
