Description of the WSKTS ASSORTED BELT KIT (6 belts) for the Work Sharp sharpener:

The set consists of three pairs of abrasive belts of different grits. They are suitable for replacing the main belts supplied with the Work Sharp WSKTS2-I sharpener.

With these abrasives, you can provide step-by-step care for the cutting edge of the tool without leaving home, and as a result, obtain a reference sharpness of the blade comparable to the quality of factory sharpening.

The tapes have color markings that allow you to quickly and accurately determine the grit and purpose of each abrasive:

• 80 grit (green) – for roughing a blade that has become very dull;
• 220 grit (brown) – for the main sharpening stage;
• 6000 grit (purple) – for finishing and polishing the blade.

The belts can be used to sharpen knives and other tools with different types of cutting edges, both straight and serrated. The accessories also perform well in processing ceramic blades, carefully removing irregularities on the blade and restoring the sharpness of the tool without thinning the material.
