This set of 6 belts is made in the USA specifically for use with the Work Sharp WSKTS2-I sharpener. All belts have the same grain size of 220 grit.

Abrasives of this grain size are optimal for use in the main sharpening stage, in particular after roughing (if the blade was too blunt to begin with). The tape carefully removes burrs and irregularities on the cutting edge of the tool and allows you to bring the blade to the desired sharpness at a pre-set angle.

The belts are identical to the one that comes with the brand's sharpener. You can make sure of the same grit by using the color marking (220 grit belts are colored brown).

Abrasives can be used to care for various types of tools that have not only straight but also serrated blades.
