Grinding belt with fine diamond abrasive Work Sharp P1500 for the Ken Onion Edition sharpener will allow you to sharpen and shape the cutting edge of ceramic knives. The manufacturer does not recommend using this blade for sharpening metal blades, as small metal shavings can quickly clog the abrasive and the belt will become unusable.
