Description of the sharpening set for the Work Sharp Guided Sharpening System:

This kit is designed for the Work Sharp Guided Sharpening System (WSGSS) manual sharpener, expanding the model's capabilities for step-by-step sharpening of cutting tools.

The set includes 3 inserts for different stages of cutting edge processing:

• coarse-grained diamond plate (220 grit) for rough sharpening a blunt blade, shaping the edge and eliminating defects on the blade;
• fine-grained diamond plate (800 grit) for the main sharpening stage;
• a plate with a piece of leather attached for polishing the blade.

The dimensions of each plate are as follows: 15.2 cm (length) x 3.2 cm (width). Together with the plates that come in the basic configuration of the branded sharpener, these additions allow you to care for tools at a professional level. Thus, the user can choose an abrasive plate of grain size that is optimal for the current degree of dullness of a particular knife.

In addition to the plates, the kit also includes several small accessories: polishing paste and guides at a 25° angle for sharpening fixed-blade knives, tactical and tourist analogues.
