Overview
Description of the Precision Adjust Upgrade Kit:
The set consists of three Tri-Brasive® rods with plates that differ in material and grit. Diamond plates with grits of 220, 320 and 400 are designed for initial processing of the blade, removing a small layer of steel and giving the blade the correct shape. Diamond plates with medium grain sizes of 600 and 800 grit restore the cutting edge and make it sharp. The ceramic plate is responsible for final finishing and grinding the blade, eliminating small burrs. The leather strap from the set is used for polishing metal, and the ceramic rod simplifies the care of tools with serration sharpening.
The rods in the set provide step-by-step processing of any type of tool - from miniature folding knives to large kitchen blades with both straight and serrated blades. For convenient transportation and storage, a branded zippered case is provided, into which the Work Sharp sharpener itself and all components of the set are folded.
