Description of the PA 600-GRIT DIAMOND PLATE-BAGGED diamond plate:
Compared to stones made of other materials, diamond stands out for its special strength and resists chipping when struck against a hard surface. The stone retains its rough texture for a long time and demonstrates efficiency in working with steels of varying degrees of hardening. It can be used to sharpen straight and serrated blades of kitchen knives, garden and EDC tools.
The plate has a medium grit of 600 grit and is interchangeable with the same plate included in the basic sharpener kit. The grit is suitable for sharpening and correcting dull blades to the correct shape. For complete care, it is recommended to use the company's finer grit plates for grinding.
