It is necessary to install the stone on the sharpener, securing it with an adhesive base, and run the knife over the plate 5-10 times, not forgetting to change the sides of the blade. After the process is complete, it is enough to remove the remaining metal shavings from the plate so that the abrasive does not lose its effectiveness.

The plate is suitable for sharpening a medium-level edge. For best results, it is recommended to use the 800 grit stone in combination with the other plates from the basic set to ensure comprehensive blade care.
