The Ganzo ProSharp model is a universal sharpener designed to care for the basic tools that every user has in their arsenal. With its help, you can perfect the cutting edge of a kitchen or camping knife, sharpen household scissors or a garden axe.
The main feature of the model is that its design includes a number of sharpening devices. The main elements of the sharpener are two panels of different grits:
On one side there is a diamond plate with a grain size of 400 grit, designed for rough sharpening of the blade with the formation of the required angle;
On the other hand, the integrated grain panel 800 grit, with which you can polish the blade and give it optimal smoothness.
The length of each plate is 150 millimeters. With their help, the user has the opportunity to independently choose the sharpening angle. To give the tool the necessary edge sharpness, it is enough to alternately run the blade over the panel from both sides. On average, 6-12 passes are required for sharpening and removing burrs on each side.
An alternative sharpening option is offered by two grooves with a set angle. They are located at the base of the handle.
The groove on the left side is equipped with carbide sharpener for rough processing of blades;
On the right side there is a groove with ceramic sharpener, suitable for finishing.
These elements allow you to quickly sharpen the tool, since sharpening is carried out on both sides of the blade at once.
In the center of the Ganzo ProSharp handle you can also find an auxiliary scissors sharpener.
The handle material is polypropylene. This is a food grade plastic that is neutral when interacting with acids and liquids, so it is completely safe for human health. Polypropylene is resistant to shock loads and does not crack if dropped from a height of human height. In addition, the material is not afraid of extremely high and low temperatures. The length of the handle is 115 millimeters, which, together with the matte surface of the plastic, makes holding the accessory during operation as durable and comfortable as possible.
The overall dimensions of the Ganzo prosharp are 290 x 57 millimeters, and the thickness of the structure is 20 millimeters. The weight of the sharpening accessory does not exceed 207 grams. There is a wide through hole in the tail of the handle. With its help, you can hang the sharpener on a kitchen holder so that the model is always at hand when needed.
