The Professional Precision Adjust sharpening system is a professional device for step-by-step care of knives of any type, from miniature pocket tools with a folding blade to kitchen utensils. One of the useful features of the model is the ability to adjust the sharpening angle from 15° to 30° using a digital angle indicator.
The sharpener is equipped with one rod with replaceable abrasive plates for different stages of blade processing. The size of each plate is 2.5 x 15 centimeters. The package includes five such plates of different grits: 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit. The material of the plates is diamond, which effectively resists wear and maintains integrity, even if the accessory accidentally falls off the table while using the sharpening system. Diamond abrasive easily copes with rough sharpening and dressing of the cutting edge, and is also quickly cleaned after use. To do this, simply rinse the plate under running water.
In addition to the diamond plates, the set includes a ceramic abrasive, which can be used to care for the serrator blade, as well as a genuine leather strap. The strap is responsible for the final polishing of the blade and gives the metal surface a mirror shine.
The Professional Precision Adjust system has a sturdy metal body with a heavy base for maximum stability on a smooth table surface. The innovative V-Block Clamp™ allows you to firmly fix the tool so that it does not slip out of the system during sharpening and does not injure your hand. In addition to the system itself, the package includes a miniature platform for accelerated processing of small folding knives with a sharpening angle of 15°.
