The set of tools for starting a fire includes an axe, a saw and a flint. With their help, you can both prepare firewood and light a fire. The axe is made with a long handle, so even despite its small size, the user will be able to swing it well and easily chop the desired branch. Its full length is 34.7 cm, and the width of the cutting edge is 8 cm. The axe is made of stainless steel, namely the 3CR13 alloy. It is similar in characteristics to the popular knife steel 440A, but harder than it, and therefore suitable for rough work and requires less frequent sharpening. The surface of the metal is made black and matte so that the axe does not glare. For the handle, the manufacturers decided to use glass-filled nylon. This is a light but very durable material that does not slip in the hands and tolerates high humidity and a wide range of temperatures. The handle is empty inside and it stores the second tool from the set - a saw. Since this axe is intended for use on tourist trips, it is sold together with a case. This element is made of yellow plastic. It fits tightly on the metal part of the axe, completely covering its blade. Therefore, it is absolutely safe to transport the tool. By the way, there is a handle on the case.

The saw from the Ganzo set is designed for sawing small-diameter branches. You need to hold this tool in one hand, for which a comfortable handle is made of ABS plastic in the same yellow color as the axe cover. The total length of the tool is 34.7 cm. The saw blade is 18 cm. The blade width is 2 cm. The saw is made of the same steel grade used for the axe - 3CR13.

When the firewood is ready, it's time to start a fire. For this, the set includes a flint, which is stored in a special compartment on the axe cover. This is a small rod 7 cm long, from which sparks are easily cut out, sufficient to ignite a flame. In addition to the fact that this tool is very compact, it has also proven itself well in conditions of high humidity.
