The Kestrel 5700 Ballistics weather station differs from the more advanced Kestrel 5700 Elite model in the absence of built-in Applied Ballistics software (there is ballistic software, but not Applied Ballistics). The built-in LiNK option opens up additional possibilities (compared to uploading data via a USB cable). LiNK allows you to load custom curves from your phone, and in the case when there are several types of ammunition for one rifle, you can enter completely new data for each type of ammunition.
