Having chosen the Bluetooth Kestrel LINK (Bluetooth) model, download the Kistrel LiNK Ballistics application to your smartphone, enter the settings corresponding to the parameters of your weapon /ammunition to the calculator. The new Kestrel Bluetooth meters include the software necessary for wireless communication up to 100 feet away (walls and other obstacles will affect this range). In the model without the LINK option, you can use a USB cable and load everything using the Mac /PC version of Profile Loader. The Kestrel Applied Ballistic Meter combines sophisticated environmental monitoring functions with long-range ballistics information in one hand-held device.
