Flaubert cartridge RWS Flobert Cartridges cal. 4 mm kurz (Short) bullet-ball No. 7 (lead ball). Pack
Overview

Low-noise cartridges with cylindrical brass sleeves and lead bullets. Originally developed in 1842 by the Parisian gunsmith Flaubert for "room" shooting.Initially, they did not have a powder charge. In the fold forming the flange of the sleeve, there was only an igniting compound. The first cartridges had a lead ball-shaped bullet, later they began to add a small charge of gunpowder to the sleeve and use a conical bullet. The RWS 4mm Flobert kurz (Short) cartridge belongs to the "shortened" version, which has a cylindrical sleeve with a height of 6.6 mm (the diameters of the flange and housing are 6.1 mm and 4.65 mm, respectively). It is equipped with a spherical lead bullet with a diameter of 4.3 mm.An excellent choice for a 4mm Flobert revolver.
